KCBS SMOKE IN THE NORTH 2024

Kamado Sumo is proud to have been the main sponsor of "Smoke in the North," one of Europe's most prestigious BBQ competitions, organized by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS). The KCBS is the world's largest organization for barbecue enthusiasts and is known for setting the standard in the BBQ world. "Smoke in the North" brings together the best BBQ masters from all over Europe to compete in different BBQ disciplines and showcase their skills.

Our involvement in Smoke in the North reflects our passion for grilling and our desire to promote BBQ culture in Sweden. By participating as a sponsor and partner, we not only support the development of the competition, but also grillers at all levels to be inspired, learn new techniques and exchange experiences.

Our involvement in 'Smoke in the North' was particularly significant as last year's Grand Champion winners, the Smoking Aces BBQ team, are sponsored by Kamado Sumo . Winning the competition qualified them for the prestigious Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue in Tennessee, USA. In October, Kamado Sumo will travel with Smoking Aces BBQ to compete on the world stage, where we continue to prove our strength and passion for BBQ.

SM IN GRILL & BBQ 2024

Kamado Sumo is pleased to be part of the Swedish BBQ Championships, a prestigious competition organized by SBQA, part of the World Barbecue Association (WBQA). WBQA is an international organization that promotes BBQ culture worldwide and sets the standard for grilling through its competitions. The Swedish Championships bring together the best BBQ masters from all over the country to compete in several categories and showcase their best BBQ skills and creativity at the grill.

As a sponsor of this event, Kamado Sumo supports grillers of all levels and gives them the opportunity to compete on a national stage. We are proud to help promote the BBQ culture in Sweden and to share our passion for grilling with a wide audience.

SM IN HAMBURGERS 2019-24

Kamado Sumo are proud to sponsor the Swedish Hamburger Championships for the sixth year in a row! Since its inception, Kamado Sumo has been a driving force behind the competition, which has grown to become one of Sweden's most popular barbecue competitions. Every year, the country's best grill masters gather to showcase their skills and creativity when it comes to creating the perfect hamburger.

The final of this year's championship will take place at Mugwort's Barbecue Shack in the Slakthus area of Gothenburg, a place known for its passion for grilling and high-quality barbecue. Participants will compete for the title of Sweden's best hamburger, while the audience will enjoy a day filled with food, excitement and a great barbecue atmosphere.
