As a member of the national chef team for almost a decade, chef and restaurateur Johan Jureskog has won both World Cup gold and the Olympics in cooking. In 2010 he was awarded the Gold Medal of the Gastronomic Academy and the following year the restaurant AG was opened. Since its inception, AG has won the Meat Restaurant of the Year award three times in a row and made it onto the list of the world's ten best meat restaurants. Johan is also a TV chef with over a hundred appearances in several different programmes and channels. In the latest tv show, he travels all over the United States to find and cook the world's best burgers.
ALBIN WESSMAN
Albin Wessman is one of Sweden's most creative food creators and a well-known face in the restaurant industry where he runs some of Stockholm's hottest restaurants such as Adam/Albin, Misshumasshu and the summer paradise Ön. Albin was trained at Mathias Dahlgren Restaurang where the best ingredients from Swedish sea, land and forest were cooked to perfection. In 2012, he won bronze in the Chef of the Year competition. Albin loves to grill and cook over an open fire with his motto that great food doesn't have to be complicated, just unreasonably good.

ANDERS ISAKSSON
Anders Isaksson is an experienced chef who has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants and competed extensively during his career. He is a passionate cook who loves to cook over an open fire. He has both traveled and lived in several places around the world, including cities like Paris, Copenhagen and New York, where he has accumulated a huge amount of food knowledge and inspiration. In 2020, Anders won an Olympic silver medal with the Swedish National Culinary Team, and the following year he won a silver medal in the Chef of the Year competition. He was also part of the Swedish Bocuse d'Or team that competed in the 2023 World Cup in Lyon.
ALEXANDER ROYSON LINDGREN
Meet Alexander - a passionate grill master with a love of cooking since childhood. He has always been fascinated by cooking over an open fire and has developed a unique ability to harness what nature has to offer through his interest in hunting. Alexander has a particular passion for birds and game, but his philosophy of respecting all raw materials extends to every ingredient he uses. In 2021, Alexander participated in Sweden's Master Chef where he finished in an impressive 10th place. It was an important milestone in his career as a cook and has given him the motivation to continue developing his passion and talent for cooking. He strives to share his knowledge and experience to encourage others to explore their own spark for cooking whether in the kitchen or at the grill.
JOHAN DALBRO
Johan Dalbro is a grill master living in Gothenburg on the west coast with extensive experience in grilling, who is also a meat sommelier. On social channels, he inspires a wonderful smorgasbord of cooking. The common thread is that all food prepared is always 100% gluten-free as Johan lives with celiac disease and cannot tolerate grains such as wheat, barley and rye. Johan is a true barbecue nerd and has a great passion for premium meat & burgers.
ANDREAS SÖDERHOLM
Our ambassador Andreas Söderholm has always had a passion for cooking and grilling and has even worked as a chef for a while. "What drives me in my cooking is to evolve and constantly improve and to have the opportunity to inspire others along the way." Andreas experiments a lot with flavours and tries out most things on his grills. On instagram he shares his best tips and tricks in the kitchen and at the grill and inspires with a wide range of delicious dishes.
ROBIN EDSMYR
Robin is one of our ambassadors with a solid background in barbecue and the food world. He is also recognized in various channels and on social media for his taste and his food creations. Robin also runs BOO Burgers & Barbecue in Stockholm and enjoys grilling at events and competitions, both locally and internationally. JIMMY GRILFVE
Jimmy "Grillfén" Grilfve is a real barbecue lover who has a motto: if it can be done on the barbecue, it should be done on the barbecue, regardless of the weather or the season. He also runs the Facebook group "We who grill at Kamado Sumo " where you can find tips and tricks that apply to your Sumo-grill. He also competes in BBQ with his Sumo grills under the team name Magic Creek BBQ. You can also be inspired by his BBQ adventures on his Instagram.
SMOKING ACES BBQ
One of Sweden's most distinctive BBQ teams naturally grills at Kamado Sumo. A team of real grill masters who live for grilling and BBQ. The team is led by Martin Nordh who took home the TV show "Grill masters" in 2015. In 2017 they were one of the teams representing Sweden during the Grill World Cup in Ireland, the calendar is always fully booked with major competitions around the world... a team to look out for!
