Let the meat rest in this sturdy butcher paper. Perfect for wrapping cuts of meat such as brisket, entrecote, ribs, chicken or fish for low heat cooking.

The advantage of butcher paper over foil is that it releases heat to prevent the temperature from rising during resting or the meat from boiling during cooking. Good air circulation is the secret to creating nice bark around the meat and it also allows the meat to breathe better to absorb the smoke flavour and maintain tenderness while it waits to be served.

The paper is unwaxed and unbleached and can also be used as an attractive coaster for serving. The cardboard has a cutting edge for easy tearing.
